Anna Durstein, Partner and Attorney

Anna Durstein is a partner at Florida Women’s Law Group, where she works in family law and supports women as they move through some of life’s most personal transitions. She serves clients across Northeast Florida who are dealing with divorce, parenting questions, and other family changes that require steady guidance and clear communication. Her work is grounded in helping people make informed decisions during stressful moments, without adding unnecessary complexity.

In practice, Anna focuses on understanding what matters most to each client and helps them feel heard from the very first conversation. Clients often describe her as calm and direct, with a style that balances compassion and realism. She explains options in plain language and keeps the process moving forward, even when emotions are running high. For example, she takes time to walk through the next steps, so clients know what to expect and do not feel left in the dark.

Her path at Florida Women’s Law Group began early. She joined the firm as an intern and stayed, growing into her role over more than a decade of hands-on experience in family law, and direct training with Heather. Over the years, she developed her skills by working closely with clients and colleagues, eventually becoming a partner in early 2023. That long history with the firm shapes how she approaches her work and her commitment to the people she serves.

Outside the office, she is a wife and mother of three, and she values the everyday moments that come with family life in Ponte Vedra Beach.
