Julie Rountree, Of Counsel Attorney

Julie Rountree is an experienced Of Counsel Attorney at Florida Women’s Law Group, known for her compassionate approach and expertise in guiding clients through the emotional and practical challenges of divorce. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Florida in 2000 and her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 2003. Julie is also a Certified Divorce Coach and Certified Divorce Transition & Recovery Coach (2021).

With 20 years of legal experience, including 18 years specializing in family law, Julie has been an integral part of Florida Women’s Law Group since its inception. She is a current member of the Florida Bar Association and has previously been involved with the Jacksonville Bar Association, Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association, and Inns of Court. Julie’s dedication to supporting clients extends beyond the courtroom—she volunteers with the Jacksonville Humane Society and is a member of Divorce Transition Professionals, reflecting her holistic commitment to helping individuals rebuild and thrive during and after divorce.
