Elizabeth Krajewski is the Legal Administrator and Operations Director at Florida Women’s Law Group. She helps keep the firm running smoothly by supporting the team behind the scenes and making sure clients experience a steady, organized process from start to finish.

Elizabeth’s work focuses on firm operations, internal systems, and day-to-day coordination. She is often the person making sure plans turn into action, questions get answered, and nothing important slips through the cracks. In addition, she brings a calm, thoughtful approach to problem-solving and is known for being dependable, detail-oriented, and easy to work with.

Before joining the firm, Elizabeth built her career in public policy and education. She worked in policy research roles with local civic organizations and later served as a program manager and adjunct professor at Jacksonville University. Her academic background includes degrees in economics, public policy, and law, and her graduate research contributed to a successful local effort to fund public education infrastructure.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her son and their dog, Figgie Smalls.

Case Manager and Senior Paralegal

Kristi Clark is a Case Manager and Senior Paralegal at Florida Women’s Law Group. She supports clients by keeping cases organized and moving them forward and making a stressful process easier to navigate. Kristi works closely with the legal team and helps ensure that details are handled carefully and consistently from start to finish.

Her core strengths are organization, follow-through, and experience. Kristi manages case files, tracks deadlines, and serves as a steady point of contact throughout the process. She also brings a deep understanding of dissolution case management, which allows her to anticipate needs and keep things running smoothly. In addition, clients appreciate her calm, practical approach and clear communication.

Before joining the firm, Kristi built a strong foundation in legal support through her education and professional training. She earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of North Florida and later completed her paralegal certification there as well. Over time, she continued advancing her skills through national certification and professional involvement.

Outside of work, Kristi enjoys spending time with her husband, their three kids, and their pets.
