Julia has been practicing family law in Florida for the past five years, but she has a total of 17 years of experience in the field. She graduated from law school in 1987 and spent the first eight years of her career practicing family law at a large Philadelphia law firm. As her expertise grew, Julia transitioned into academia, sharing her knowledge with the next generation of legal professionals. In 2018, she returned to the practice of law. Julia is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Wisconsin at Madison School of Law. She has been with us here at Florida Women's Law Group since December of 2022. 

Julia was drawn to family law due to her desire to work closely with women who are facing hardships. It is the problem-solving component of the job that captivates her. She feels fortunate to have found a profession that allows her to help ease her clients’ struggles in some capacity.
