THE QUICK LAW GROUP AND MORGAN STANLEY TO HOST WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT CONFERENCE
Florida Women’s Law Group, divorce and family law for women, along with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management are continuing their goal of empowering women by hosting a Women’s Empowerment Conference this month held at TPC Sawgrass. The conference will be sponsored by Invesco, Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery and Listin’ with Kristan of Keller Williams. This invite only event strives to empower the women of Northeast Florida through a series of diverse presentations helping to inspire and encourage all women to work towards their best self.
National motivational speaker, Carla Harris, Vice Chairman, Global Wealth Management, Managing Director and Senior Client Advisor at Morgan Stanley as well as the author of Carla’s Pearls and Strategize To Win, will be the keynote speaker during the morning and again in the afternoon.
Not only will Ms. Harris be speaking throughout the day, but the conference plans to showcase an empowerment panel featuring supermodel and spokesperson Kim Alexis, local celebrity Charlene Shirk; whom can be seen weekly on The Chat, former WBL player and WNBA President Donna Orender, Co-Founder of the Joshua Frase Foundation and wife of former NFL player Paul Frase; Alison Frase and realtor Kristan Cloud-Malin, owner of Listin’ with Kristan with Keller Williams. The panel will discuss what they had to overcome to find their inner strength and reach their true fulfillment.
A fashion show sponsored by Athleta, division of Gap Inc., will take place during the lunch hour. Modeling for Athleta will be Lisa Laettner, the wife of former NBA player and Olympic Team member Christian Laettner; Sara Babin, wife of current NFL Jaguar Defensive End Jason Babin; Alycia Kopp, wife of former NFL Jaguar Linebacker Jeff Kopp and Reulonda Williams, wife for former NFL Jaguar Offensive Tackle Maurice Williams.
Group sessions will be held specifically designed to give women a chance to return their attention to themselves and restore confidence in their life. Heather Quick, owner of Florida Women’s Law Group will be leading a discussion on the foundations of entrepreneurial success for women and the empowering effects of owning your own business. Michelle Paul, Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley will be leading a discussion along with Lisa Kueng of Invesco on “Your Prosperity Picture,” a five step system to manage your money, design your life and create your future. Dr. Hollie Hickman, board certified plastic surgeon with Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery, will be leading a discussion on facial rejuvenation.
The Women’s Empowerment Conference was organized by Heather Quick of Florida Women’s Law Group and Michelle Paul of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Both women are dedicated to delivering a motivational message enabling women to feel empowered so they may take control of their own self-worth.
